Road Accident near Arsikere - 2 Killed

Two Persons Killed and Three other Injured in a Head on Collision between Maruthi Alto and Tata Winger van near Ramasagara Village in the Kasaba Hobli of Arsikere Taluk on National Highway 206. The incident took place on Saturday around 8 AM.

Ranga (27 Years) and Govinda (26 Years) resident of Dasanapura Bangalore travelling in Alto Car were Killed on the Spot. Other Two co travelers Dayananda and Manjegowda were injured in this Accident. Tata Winger van driver also got injured they were taken to Arsikere Govt Hospital. A case has been registered in Arsikere Rural Police Station

First phase of Pulse Polio immunization drive started today in Arsikere. Second Phase will be held on 30^th April 2017.

20 Pulse Polio booths were opened in Arsikere Town and Total 149 Booths in Arsikere Taluk on Duty today. Booths were opened at Arsikere Bus Stand and Railway Station also. Parents are requested to bring their children below the age of five years to Polio booth.
